I'm at my son's house in Woodland Hills, CA and I can see my roof from his guest house deck. I don't think my roof looked like this before. It looks like the roof has settled betwen the supports underneath. Just wondering whether this is normal.

Momma mia! Mine doesn't look anything like that, at least it didn't a little over a month ago when I washed the beast.

The sag is between the aluminum rafters. I think I'll fire the pic off to HR and see what they say.

Doesn't look right at all, Flyer. Can't imagine why the entire roof is sagging - maybe one section if it got wet or something, but all of it?

Bummer. Here's hoping you get a positive solution soon.

I deleted my reply as I don't think I knew what I was talking about on this one. I can make my roof dip when I walk on it, but not the whole roof. Some areas show more when it is wet, but generally it is straight.

My o6 Endeaver roof has seems to have no give andno ripples. I sneaked a peek at it last week while it was still having the hail repair done.

Good luck and do keep us posted

Well, I am on my way home from the Diamond Hill service center with a new roof--courtesy of Monaco. They determined that the underlayment had come unglued. I haven't walked the roof yet but it looks great from the ladder. My service advisor was Andy Squires--the best I have seen yet.

Flyer,
How long did it take and just what did they do?
I ask because we are going into the Diamond Hill center in late June to have something that sounds similar corrected.
We were just about to have the process started back in Feb when we had to leave due to a health problem.
At first there were some issues concerning whether or not it was covered under warranty. Our coach is an 04 Imperial. They did, in the end, simply state that it would be "taken care of", much to our relief and rebuilding our confidence in Monaco as a company.
Thanks,
Ron

Flyer,
I'm glad to hear that your roof has finally been taken care of, and on Monoco's tab too.
Were you afraid to get on the roof and jinx it?
Now that spring is just around the corner you can enjoy your motorhome!

Got to agree. We have told Andy that he is our service advisor. No one else.
Glad to hear they got you done right.
