Rough Ride
My 2002 Windsor has new Belstien Shocks, yet the coash go up and down as tho it had no shocks at all.
Could there be something with the pressure in the air bags, or could the coach height have something to do with this. Any help will be appreciated.

Got a tag axle ?
That seems to make our front end 'lever' up and down depending on the road...
or rough ride as in jolts when hitting expansion joints
or just bouncing on uneven surface street ?
sometimes no matter what you do or have, the road surface WILL make the front end lighter - but in ours it's never violent unless it's a BIG bump/jump

I also own a 2002 Windsor, the shocks were replaced before I got it ~+50K miles ago. The ride is great, basically glides down the road. If we do hit a bump you feel it but it settles right down. Drives straight and true, I've driven the coach ~800 miles in a day without being fatigued.
I run 105 psi in my front tires and 95 in my rear.
The airbags should auto inflate. The airbags are controlled by a ride height control valve. There is a section in your manual that covers how to check the height adjustment.

I would call Bilstein with your shock part #s. You may need the Bilstein Comfort Shocks'. Also, what's your tire pressure? 5 lb too much pressure will provide a rough ride.

If you have a tag axle get all the positions weighed. There is an adjustment valve to transfer weight from front to back

Shocks, shocks, shocks
Just put new Koni's on my 4 bagger. What a difference. I put new Alpine Peak shocks on the front. Completely changed the ride. Highly recommend them

Ride height and sway bars made my 2008 Endeavor handle much better. I replaced my shocks around the same time too.

Just finished the first trip with new Koni's on my 2003 Neptune. Huge difference! Previously installed the Source Eng. ride enhancement kit with their Bilsteins. Better than the stock set up, but still too harsh on the bumps. The Koni's take the sharp jolts out. Big improvement.

YC1, question in your thread for bag heights, ride heights. 2008 Camelot is not shown I believe SC Engineering set my bag heights at 8 1/2" from and back. Do I check ride height differently or it's the same?

Interesting. I did not notice your coach is not listed. I suspect SC has better resources than me. If it is riding level and not harsh it is probably correct.
I can't remember what the Camelot equivalent HR is.

According to the Bilstein RV rep the Bilstein shocks on 2002 and earlier Monacos where made to a specific Monaco specification for performance and not for comfort. If you want a comfort ride then I would recommend installing new Bilstein shocks

Interesting. Where did this come from? This says 8 1/2" front and 9 1/2" back. My manual says 9 1/2 front and 11 back.
What's correct for a 2001 Dynasty tag
