I have a 2009 Safari Simba, 8.1 GM 35SFD. We have a Sharp convetion/micorwave oven. The problem is that it isn't vented to the outside. Has anyone ever had the air flow redirected to the outside?

I don't know if that is possible but do you have a roof vent in the kitchen area? We use the Fantastic fan to move out kitchen odours. Works great. I too am not a big fan of non vented exaust fans.

Yes, we do have the Fantastic Fan in the kitchen. It's ok, but not perfect. We still have a problem with the smoke detector tripping on.
