Salt Lake City Monaco service
Are there any Monaco dealers or service centers in SLC?
I need to get some engine work done there.

Why not a Chevrolet dealership?

Most Chevy dealers won't touch a motorhome, however if you know of one in SLC that will...let me know.

Arch, if all you need is to clean that sensor in the fender well, any shop with a flat screw driver can do it in ten minutes in their parking lot. Turn wheels full right loosen two hose clamps.

I don't know what the issue is or your history with the motorhome, but there is a Freightliner and a Cummins service center in/near SLC. We've been to Freightliner for service on our Cayman.

Not sure what "engine work" means but there is a full service Camping World on the south end of the SLC valley. Please, no CW flame wars, I'm just saying its there
Blaine Jensen RV is just north of SLC (in Kaysville). They are a big dealership and sell new and used DPs, they have a full warranty service facility. Charlie's Service & Muffler is just north of Jensen RV in Clearfield, Charlie's is a Mom & Pop repair shop but people on this forum (and others) have raved about him for years.
There are also many Cummins and Freightliner maintenance depots in SLC as the city sits on the intersection of I80 and I15 and is a main distribution point for a lot of long-haul trucking.
Hope this helps...

Thanks for all the input. Mine is a gasser and every diesel place rejects me, of course, and the car dealers just look at me stupid.
I'm in SLC now and have been referred to a couple places which I will check out on Thursday.
I'll check with those you guys recommended and Camping World too because the service I got at Camping World was good a few years ago.
The engine work is to clean the MAF sensor and replace the air filter.

Went to:
AUTO-MOTION
8054 S. STATE STREET
MIDVALE, UTAH
JEREMY
801-561-3601
They work on all types of large vehicles including gas motorhomes.
They replaced my air filter and cleaned the MAF sensor.
That cleared up my P0131 and P0151 check engine codes and restored a fair amount of power.
