San Carlos is in the "vehicle free zone". You do not need papers for either the MH or the toad. You will need visas for every one in your unit. These are obtainable at km21. I dont remember the cost but it is around $25.00 per. Being as you dont need car papers the Mexicans dont care about your lien. But some lenders want you to notify them the vehicle will be in Mexico. Some do not allow the vehicle to enter Mexico. Best bet for insurance is Lewis and Lewis. You may find that a 6 month or annual policy is cheaper than a one or two month policy. We dont stay in San Carlos so I cannot help with RV parks. Good luck.

moisheh:
When you say visa's...do you mean a Mexican visa? If you mean passports... you must have your passport to re-enter the US...

There are a few good RV parks in San Carlos...a couple of the better known ones are "Totonaka" and "El Mirado". Rates will run in the area of 5 to 600 per month. The only time they appeared full was when caravans would come thru.
