American RV sells the parts, buy a part rather than fixing

I don't see toilet seat hinges online at American RV - maybe you have to call them. My Sealand 510+ seat hinges recently broke and I could not find replacement hinges, so ended up buying a new lid & seat from Veurinks.

We replaced our lid and seat, too, from Marine Sanitation and Supply. Perfect fit, perfect color match, and a wee bit over $100.

Unfortunately there aren't any replacements for just the hinges. You have to purchase the entire seat.

American RV Company has Magnum Opus replacement seats in three different colors, Bone, Ebony and Platinum. Not cheap!

Don't know what color you are looking for but here are the part numbers for white and bone.

385344013 - White
385344014 - Bone

These may work also.

385310857 - White
385310858 - Bone

Can you post a photo of exactly what is broken with your current hinges and possibly someone can come up with a solution for you.

I have had a Magnum Opus since 2010 well over 6 years and those hinges are quite strong. May I ask how yours were broken?

Based on post #4 which I hadn't seen before posting, Marine Sanitation & Supply has the Magnum Opus replacement seats in white and bone for just under $100.

I also saw a Seat Hinge Set (Large) that may work but it is for a different brand of toilet. However it looks close to what is now on my Magnum Opus. For $15 you could try it and if not maybe they will refund your money.

Crappy paint on the $100 seats wears out on the edges. On my second replacement I took it apart before using it and applied three good coats of automotive clearcoat. It lasts a lot longer this way... just a heads up!

Sorry two puns in one paragraph....more coffee
