Completed installation of the SeeLevel Tank Monitor, very pleased with results.

I did mine the same way but it doesn't work...I think my coach has an electrical gremlin running around...it never seems to end. I get the batt volts to show but no tank levels...You name it, I have tested it and it should be working. I have emailed seelevel with no response.

I have never seen wiring so touchy about how it is routed. I have to shield the blue and black wires from themselves tonight. I will add length to them so I can keep them separated in the tank bay. The picture shows how I wired the grounds at the display. The yellow in the ground wire from the tanks and the white is the ground wire from the coach up by the display. What do you think?

I uploaded my installation in the Files Section under Plumbing and Water.

Not for sure about the "shielded" comment, did extend the SeeLevel Sender wires to get them to a common location and picked up the two existing wires going to the front panel.

At front panel; have the SeeLevel Display "black" wire tied to the "red" wire I used from the tank area, tied to the existing "white" wire which was ground for the old display.

I soldered all connections except in the tank area where all the Senders are joined to the existing (Blue & Red) wires going forward and there used wire nuts.

Good luck.

I guess I will solder the connection by the display...

SeeLevel Tank Monitor Installed

Just be sure that the sender ground wires and the display ground wire are joined and grounded together at the same point!

Big Thank You

A big thank you to both of you for your help in fixing my bad install. It is working great. My black tank OPN code was due to the silicone glue separating from the board. I reglued it with more silicone and rewired per your instructions and everything is great! Thanks again to you both.
