I have a 2006 Monaco Diplomat fitted with a Cummins ISL400 engine.I have been carrying 2 replacement belts as spares as listed in the handbook documentation - 1 serpentine belt to drive the water pump and alternator via a tensioner and a notched v belt to drive the air con unit via the water pump.However, it turns out after the alternator seized that i have only one serpentine belt which drives all the pulleys. The belt is missing so i have no length to measure and no idea as to the belt configuration through the pulleys. The belt is approx 28 mm(1.125 inches) wide with 8 ribs.Is there anyone can help please with a similar set up. As i live in the UK information is not easy to obtain.

My 2006 ISL 400 with the two belt setup uses a Dayco 5080690. You may also find it listed as a Cummins part # 3289257 both are serpentine belt numbers.
Hope this helps.
This crosses to a NAPA #25080690 or same number with HD on the end about $10US more for the HD (heavy duty}
Good Luck

This may help you out, take a peice of line/small rope and install it on all your pullys including the tensioner. Then measure the line, subtact and inch or so for the tensionor to adjust to. Sorry I can not give you a part number. Also, you might call monaco with the coach ID number and they should be able to help you to.

Here is the routing diagram for my ISL 400 that Freightliner emailed me when I had the same problem.

Althrough I have not replaced it yet so can't be absolutly sure it will fit, I carry a NAPA part# 080830 Micro-V belt. I was told that it would work. I believe it is actually made by Gates and the number on the belt is 761078V5.

We have a 07 Camelot with the side radiator -- The belts are easy to change on these models -- I purchased both the serpertine & v belt that was listed in the owners manuel to be used as spares -- One day I decieded to change the belts, & keep the old ones for spares -- Glad I did the change -- Neither belt would fit -- So don`t go by what`s in the book -- It also had the wrong hydraulic filter listed -- Bill Willard

Bill is right on the money. Based on information I received on this forum, I bought new belts and put both of the new ones on immediately and saved the old ones for the spares. That way, I was sure they fit.

monacosquire......"RVThere" gave you a nice drawing of the routing. My picture is drawn on a piece of cardboard with a pencil.
Bob....your Napa part number is correct. When I changed out the radiator and CAC last year, I also had the two belts listed in the manual. I went to Napa and they crossed the original to your part number. I've been running that belt for over 5000 miles.
The tensioner/idler is in the upper middle of the diagram and is easy to move and release the tension.
