Just a quick photo to let everyone know I have found my long-term home and have settled in. Sacs has shown me how to take care of the stuff that he has normally done all the time. It looks like I may be "self-sufficient" whenever I need to be

...and look...No trees overhead...so I won't have to be up on the roof cleaning it off all season!

Glad you're settled in, and congrats on your new job. The place you're staying looks very well kept and lovely. If you have nice neighbors, you're all set.

By the way, you probably shouldn't be up on the roof cleaning leaves. Leave that for the under 25 group!

Good for you M. Mama. Hope the house sells soon. Enjoy your short commute. Once you build, you'll have to get up a bit earlier every morning.
