Sewer hose storage

I've started to organize the storage compartments in our new to us 2013 HR Vacationer 36 SBT and found that the sewer hose compartment is only about 20 inches deep.

What type of hose do you carry in there ??

I've got a cheapie hose in that storage area, and I use it only when I'm dry camping and using a blue-boy for dumping. I've got a nice/quality 20' hose that I store in/above the LP tank. I don't use either hose very often 'cause I use a macerator to shoot that stuff down a garden hose.

After rotting out one bumper I discovered these:

64" E-Z Hose Carrier- Black - Valterra A04-0153XBK - Sewer Accessories - Camping World

Either on the bumper or in the storage area if not coiled in a plastic bin.

If you look under your coach you'll find that you can cut the end off and add 4" white sewer pipe to make it as long as the coach is wide. be sure and add some more supports. I used the pipe with holes so it would drain, problem is it lets water spray from the road in and the hose gets dirty.

I did this except I used a 4 inch square Vinyl fence post from Lowes. It is just large enough to fit the stinky slinky perfectly.

I have not yet crawled under the coach but wondered how you connected the new pipe to the old pipe? I'm hoping plumbing couplers will work.

I installed two pieces of plastic gutter on either side of the propane tank and slide the hose in - easy

The larger end (connector) of 4" thin wall pipe will go over the other pipe. Be sure and glue it.
