The full wall slide on my 2007 Endeavor SFT needs to have a section of the seal replaced. The section of the seal that wraps around the rear upper corner has come lose (it was actually lose when I bought the coach new and had been jerry rigged and secured with screws - ugh) so we need to replace part of the seal. This is the large seal that pushes onto and grips the slide opening and I believe it has some type of metal reenforcing in the grove that pushes onto the opening edge.
I am looking for a source for this seal and my local repair shop is going to replace it for me.
Thanks for the help.
Lew

After the holiday, call Monaco 877-466-6226 and they should be able to provide the source and part numbers. Be sure and ask if the part number is the source part number and not the Monaco part number.

Lew,
You might also try Uni-Grip,they are a major supplier for seals and gaskets for the Motorhome industry. I purchased the inside seal for our '06 Endeavor directly from them. They were much faster and cheaper than Monaco. Their Web page is:
http://www.uni-grip.com/
There's an excellent chance they will have the seal you need.

I just had the full wall slide seal replaced on my 07 Dip SFT and they used a seal from Uni-Grip, which is the OEM supplier for Monaco. Be sure that you run a bead of silicon on the outside of the seal, where it clips on the coach.

Lew,
Off topic but I noticed you have the Doran RV360 Tire Pressure Monitor. I added the same monitor to my coach in May and used it on a trip to Colorado and back. I like the system but have one issues. The +/- 12% error band for the first stage alarm works just fine for my 22.5 inch tires but seems to be a bit narrow for the tires on my Honda CRV. The Honda tires use 28lbs cold and that error band is +/- 3.36 lbs. With wide swings in outside temperature we had trouble and were getting alarms. If set 28 lbs for the operating point we would be awaken to a low pressure alarm. If we moved the alarm point up so we did not get low pressure alarms at night we would get high pressure alarms while on the road. Yes the RV360 is plugged into a 12 volt outlet and on all the time.
Have you experienced similar problems? I guess I could uncouple the toad from the system at night or wire the RV360 to use both sources of power, ignition and always 12VDC.
Bob

Bob, I shut my TPMS system down when I park and then turn it on and check pressure as part of the departure routine. I also haven't used the sensors on the toad yet - I have them but haven't used them.
For info I installed the signal booster from DORAN in the rear closet and put a 12v switch on the light in the closet overhead to provide and control power to the booster. I have had solid contact with all the sensors since I did that and in the past used to lose signal from one or more of the rear sensors quite often.
I am in the process of installing a 12v switch and power line on the front control panel to provide power to the main unit, currently I will plug it into the 12v outlet. Just one more thing on the to-do list I haven't gotten to.

Nodine,
I also pull a CRV and get the same problem you have. If it gets below 45 outside, I wake to the peeping sound up front. I have learned to ignore it or get up and push the ON button, to silence it. I do not like to turn off the system while I am parked, as I have had a slow leak and had the alarm go off after sitting in a park for a day or so. It was nice to know that I had a problem then, rather than finding out as I was preparing to leave. It is nice to have the tire changed at my site, rather than next to the freeway in pouring rain. I also like the fact that it keeps an eye on the CRV, even if it is not hook to the coach. I vote to leave the system on at all times.

Thanks Lew and Lukeaa,
Lew, I put the repeater in the same closet you did before we left for Colorado because one of the rear tire sensors would be lost just sitting on the pad at my house. That made me think the lost sensor problem would be even more likely from the toad.
Lukeaa, It is nice to know that others have experienced the same problem. Gives me confidence that I am using the system correctly.
Sorry to seal your thread Lew.
Bob
