shower hot water

All I have to do is touch the handle and think about moving it and the water temp changes. Are there any adjustments anywhere to make the shower handle less sensitive. I would like more movement and less temp change. Tired of going from eskimo to lobster in 2 seconds or less.
Thanks

A Moen from Lowes will take care of the problem.

Had the same problem. Contacted the manufacturer about adjusting it because after taking out the handle it appeared I couldn't adjust the tension. They said see a dealer. Right.

There is no way to adjust the ones in an RV so I just replaced the entire assembly with a new one of a different make. About $18. Mucho better.

PDQ floorplan and shower handle is on outside (passenger) wall. No access except where the handle is. Mine is the same, extra hot or ice cold all within a mm. I got a push button on/off (Home Depot) and installed it where the shower hose begins. At the shower wall. Screw on between the fixture at shower wall and flex hose to shower head. Get wet, push button, stop water, soap up, push button, rinxe off. Navy shower... Temp stays the same without having to touch the faucet.
