Our '07 Cheetah has the duel valve system for our shower and it works just fine. All three of our sinks have the mono hot/cold valves on them and they are quite touchy. It takes a little while before it gets warm while you are washing your hands and it's like ahhhh.....uh yi, yi, yi, yikes YOW!!! 
Hmmmm...I wonder if the water savers are in the sink faucets too.
