Thanks for the warm welcomes!
This weekend my in dash Sirius radio was working but now a HARD ERR is on the screen after the SIRIUS label. Two things may factor is... We had played a CD for the first time in the radio. and all the ERR codes in the manual relate to the CD. That one is not listed. It has ERR1 ERR2 etc.. It(CD) worked/works fine.
2nd. The coach had a Satellite receiver installed with a surround sound, The receiver was removed prior to me getting it and the coax connections were not returned all correctly. I was attempting to get the powered coax to the winegard antenna correctly and in short.. played with the connections to get the tvs, surround sound and antenna all working correctly. Is the Sirius antenna ran through some of that coax ? or is it separate like the normal fm radio car antenna. I have one small square box on the roof with a metal groundplane attached and a small square box mounted up high in the drivers window, These look like the cell phone antenna type. I had called monaco and sirius but the waiting time ran longer than my breaks allowed. Thanks for any input.

Lenny,
Your 2008 Cayman probably came with a Magnadyne stereo/DVD player and a Magnadyne Sirius adaptor pre-installed. The antenna plugs into the module and then there is a wire from the module to the Magnadyne dash radio. When you say that the receiver was removed, I don't know if you mean that it was subsequently re-installed or if it was replaced with something different.
If it was replaced, the Magnadyne Sirius module may not work with the new receiver. If you still have the Magnadyne receiver, I'd get Monaco to make it right under warranty. When I got my Dip, I found the Sirius module to be defective and Monaco replaced it under warranty.

Thanks. I meant that the tv satellite had been installed and removed. I was afraid that the sirius antenna may have been wired to the coax, because the surround sound's FM antenna was connected with a Y splitter to the TV coax in order to use that as an FM antenna. I called Monaco and they told me to bring it in. However, I left for a trip out to Gloucester, MA and was switching through the modes to get an FM station and Sirius was in fact working fine again. Dunno. I'm glad it works but I'd sure like to know what was up. Now it'll wait till the end of the warranty to mess up !
