Slide fuse blowing

I have a 2002 Monaco Windsor 40PST that I have been replacing almost all the appliances and repairing many other problems since I bought it one year ago. Right now my 5 amp slide control fuse blows regularly but when I start testing with my Power Probe 111 short/open finder it starts working before I can find a short or open except for the blown fuse.

5 amp seems small. My slide out relay is 15 amp. Fuse # 22 in the front electric compartment.
