Slide No Go

Hello fellow Monaco owners...the living room/kitchen slide on my 01 38' Diplomat started going slow, but working...until this weekend when we went to put it out on a mini vacation. It just clicks now when the switch is pressed.
the wife and I tried to push, no help there.
I do not know alot about the slide functionality, but I did make sure I cleaned and greased the teeth on the tracks for it.
so where shall I begin ti figure this one out?
Thanks as always!

Almost sounds like a battery/voltage problem. What kind of voltage is showing when you try and work the slide. What if you start the generator while trying to work the slide.
