I have a PDF of the electrical manual I can send you...

Is the orange light under the slid switch on if any of the bay doors are open it should not allow the slides to go out.

The first thing I would look for is a problem with the interlock switches on the storage bay doors. The door can be shut but the switch may be bad or just need adjustment. I would bypass them one at a time, trying the slideout each time.

Double check that both legs of the switch are working. When you press the switch it feeds power to the pump and power to the solenoid. If one contact of the switch has failed you can have the pump run but no power to the solenoid. Find the extend solenoid for that slide and check for power when the switch is pushed.

This happened to us on the front drivers side slide. We looked under the entry steps to the hydraulic solenoids. There are 8 (4 to extend / 4 to retract). Tap on all 8 gently with a wrench. Then hit the buttons again. Our solenoids were just stuck. That was 5 yrs ago and no problem since.
Hope that helps

I also had an issue with mine sometimes not working..

I pulled the motor off the pump and opened it up.

The armature was really dirty and the brushes were a tad stuck.
I chucked up the armature up in my drill press and cleaned the commutator with a stone for cleaning the slip rings on the onan.

Then cleaned everything else up, the brushes were fine just after inspection.

I put it back together and bench tested the motor and reinstalled.

No issues since that time.

BTW the motor is the same one most pickup truck snow plow lifts use..
