My curb side side kitchen/sofa (not flush floor) has rollers on the bottom of the slide, rolling on the floor,,,,,,, and rollers in the floor, rolling on the bottom of the slide. When it gets to a point, half way or so the weight of the slide will tip it one way or the other, you can stop it and move the top alittle at that point. The top always touches first (out or in) and the bottom moves some more to seal it. All the rollers are adjustable AND a pain to adjust. If it just stopped before it was all the way you probably have something stopping a roller, not good for motor or gears.
