slide out problem

We have a 2009 Camelot QDP. Recently while extending the drivers side bedroom slide I heard what turned out to be the sound of cracking plastic. There is some type of plastic box under the bottom of the dresser at the rear most part of the slide. I was able to reach under the wood and push the plastic part back but am unable to determine how to acces this area to try and fix the problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like the roller cover. Take the bottom drawers out of the dresser and see if it is exposed. If not, see if the bottom of the dresser under the drawers is made to be removed.

The roller cover is a vacuum formed part that Monaco makes in-house. Don't know anywhere you can get one except from Monaco. If that is what was crushed, you may find a local company that can make vacu-formed products to make one or you.
