Slide out wheels
Could anyone let me know where to buy the black wheel in the below picture. It's from a 2006 Monaco Dynasty Diamond 4. It's from the passenger side rear slide assembly that extends and retracts the slide. I have 2 broken wheels. Monaco could not find it.

I can't really tell from the first pictures what we're looking at. But check lippert 866-524-7821. They may have made your slide.
For a huge selection of rollers try www.alexanderscrew.com find the RV section and you can down load the brochure. It's likely they supplied Monaco the rollers way back then.

The system is mounted vertical. 1st picture is of a wheel that has not broken. Looking down at it. 2nd picture is of the missing wheel (where you see the white). 3rd picture is just a picture of the arm assembly.

Did you try replacing them yet. I am going to have the same task to do, just had not got to it yet. Would be interested in how you went about replacing them. Are the pics from the bedroom or kitchen slide. I know that I have at least 1 possibly more of those rollers broken so I am interested in how you went from here with the fix. I also am going to have to adjust the rollers under the kitchen slide, which will be another interesting endeavor. Thanks for any information you can provide. Happy Trails Bert

Bert -- A few years ago I was at Elite Repair in Harrisburg, OR for some work on our unit -- They had a Dynasty in the shop that Erik, who is one of the owners, was working on the kitchen slide -- I watched as he attempted to remove the chain with all the rollers -- With all his experience, he still had a tough time removing it -- The chain had a lot of small rollers, & what wasn`t broke, they had flat places -- I`m thinking that it`s not a DIY job -- Bill Willard

My problem is the bedroom slide. It looks like I can unbolt the hyd cylinder without removing the supply and return hyd lines. Then remove the entire assembly. I think i will need to jack up the slide to take the weight off of it. Looks like it will take some time to do the entire job. I don't have the chain assembly, I have 2 arms that push and pull the slide in and out. I will try and snap a few pictures when I do it and post them.

Pictures of your repair would be great. Our Bedroom slide seems OK. I have not looked at the kitchen slide closely to see if it is doable yet. I did find a roller similar to the one pictured on the floor in pieces a while ago. I figured I would begin to look at the possibilities for repairing it this summer. It works ok at this point, but I am sure it won't do that forever. And Bill may be correct, it may be beyond the scope of fixing it myself, nice to know that before I start to tackle something I should not. I do know that on the rear end of the kitchen slide, there is not a lot of space to function if rollers have to be replaced in there. Look forward to seeing how this goes forward. Have a great day. Happy Trails Bert

Jobert - Bert -- It was the rear of the of kitchen slide that he was working on -- Very tight space between slide & wall -- The crew at Elite had worked at the Monaco Service Center for many years, & when Monaco closed the service center, they started Elite -- So, with the experience they have working on Monaco built coaches, that project was still a problem -- Bill Willard

Thanks for the heads up, There is not enough space in that area to do hardly anything. I understand there in a new factory service center in Alvarado Texas and we go by there in the fall, may have to have them look at it. Thanks again and have a great day. Happy trails Bert
