Slide Roller cracking tile

2000 Dynasty. Roller under kitchen is cracking the tiles. Looks like I have a hydraulic slide. This would be the far left roller ( when inside looking at the kitchen). Slide is slightly out from the coach on the Top just behind the driver. the other corners look tight when it is in.
I am not sure how to adjust to relieve pressure on the roller? Any help appreciated.

The roller could be sitting on top of broken pieces of tile. Before it gets worse, I would get down on the floor with a flashlight and use any tool available (a yardstick is good) to remove tile shards. When you get them out of the way, you can slide a thin piece of plywood between the roller and the tile and adjust the roller height to compensate for the thickness of the plywood.
