Slide won't retract

I can't get my slide to retract! Can I use the aux start switch to give the chassis batteries some extra power to get it in? MH has been plugged into shore power for 4 days!
RC-6 say's I have 13.5 volts but when I push the button a selonoid clicks and all power is gone for 2 to 3 seconds

Is you parking brake on and trans in park? Also try with engine running.

What slide system do you have? Hydraulic or elec.? Hydraulic , could mean a problem with the fluid level. Elec., could be a problem with the brake on the motor.

I believe it is hydraulic! Can anyone tell me where the selonoid and pump would be located? My bedroom slide works fine so I have a problem with those 2 items. Also I read something about stops, where would I look for them?
