Not an "expert" but for a vacuum to be created in the grey tank would require several vents to become stuck closed (keep in mind that each sink or shower has a vent in the grey system).
Sounds more like an obstruction where the weight of water in a full tank causes the flow to "pressure past" the obstruction then tail off as the water weight decreases.
Does the grey water discharge valve appear to be fully opening? If so, you might consider purchase of a grey water bayonet fitting with a water hose fitting ($4.89 in my catalog). Hook it up to pressurized water with a garden hose, turn on the water, open the grey tank valve and back flush. STICK AROUND as total filling of the grey tank will leave a mess!! Leave some fresh water pressure as you unhook to prevent "back flow" from the grey into the fresh system (or use an in-line off/on valve).
The black tank will only have the one vent ending on the roof which would make the "clogged vent" a greater possibility. Just can't see it happening on the grey side.

Flying Butch...I would completely remove the grey water valve and look at the tank opening. You may find the tank cut out sitting there.

I tried to run water "BACK FLUSH' using garden hose and a rag to plug drain but didn't make any difference?? When first opening valve the water comes rushing out then just dribbles?? Ran bunch of drain o no difference. Where do I find "your catalog"? Thanks for all the advise everyone. I think the valve seems to be opening all the way.

Maybe it's just a real flat angle on the drainpipe from the tank. Try parking sloped to the left or use the levelers to lift the right up a bit....?

The gray tank seems to be reacting like something with a plugged vent tube. Perhaps this may be a direction to look.

That would be the catalog given away by most any dealer. The garden hose/towel method described does the same thing.
Is this a "new" condition or happening since new? Any recent work in the sewer/drain system?

I believe that the gray tank hookups are much like the black tank. One connection in and one out. The tank on the right is the gray holding tank.

slow drain
We purchased coach 6 monrths ago and it has always had problem. Not aware of any work being done. The picture doesn't look exactly like ours unless the front panel comes off on ours. It I leave it open while traveling (I know not a good thing) the last few gallons will drain out?? I can hear the valve opening and the water will run quick at first. I have tried forcing water down the kitchen sink using a garden hose and rag also. I just don't understand how anything can be stuck in the pipe?? Thanks everyone for your ideas???

It does not look familiar to you because the picture Drifter posted is looking in from the passenger side of the coach. I agree with the others, the plug left over from when they drilled the holes in the tanks is blocking the drain opening.

Flying Butch, This problem has happened to several of the people who own coaches made by Monaco. When they install the holding tank in the coach the guy that installs the tank also cuts out the hole that the drain valve in placed into. There has been times that the piece that was cut out (a large piece of plastic) actually went into the tank and then was not removed before the valve was placed on. Hince later when you or someone else tries to drain the grey tank, it won't drain because the piece of plastic has placed itself in front of the drain hole and blocked it. That is the reason your tank won't drain, (Ithink) As stated before the only way to correct it is to remove the valve and look inside and try to remove it if it is a piece of plastic.
I hope this helps.
Bill

In the 50's Cadillacs had been built with ball bearings inside of the door panels. These would roll back and forth and rattle around until the owner would finally take the door apart. There would be a note crayonned inside stating; "So you finally found it you filthy rich so and so!!". You need to understand the mentality of assembly-line workers.
