I hope this is the correct place to look for this info. We've had our Sahara since '98 and when we winterized it last fall my husband pulled the batteries. Usually he keeps them tied together so he knows how to put them back. Somehow they came undone over the winter and now he can't remember how to put them back. Help! There is much frustration over something he has done many times, but now can't remember how. This time when they do get back together correctly I will take photos and make a diagram. Thanks for any help -- Alice

How many house batteries do you have and are they 6 or 12 volt? One or two chassis batteries?

Here is a diagram of the four 6 volt house batteries in my coach. You can probably ignore the shunt in the negitave side of the feed it's for a current meter I added.

We have four house batteries and two chassis all on one tray that used to be a pull out. He just told me that it is primarily the 2 chassis batteries and all the small lighter wires that hook in -- which ones go to the positive and which ones go to the negative.

Just 'applied' to safarifriends and I'm waiting to hear back. Good idea. Thank you.
