Solar Fuses on an 06 or similar Monaco.

My solar panel doesn't charge my chassis batteries, only my coach batteries. I suspect that there may be a problem in the fusing, but can't locate them. I understand that they are fused separately. This is an S series chassis, similar to the Dynasty and Signature.

Anyone seen where they are hidden?

Mine are in the back curbside compartment. You need to verify thatyou have a controller that will charge both house and chassis batts

My solar panale charges both sets of batteries. The fuses are located in the battery compartments and are those inline fuses.

Here is where my controller is on my 08 HR Endeavor if this helps.

Zoom in to item 6. It is a plastic cover with a fuse panel inside just above the large relay. I installed my own panel and controller and this is where the wires were pre-wired to. If you have a dual controller the fuse is likely on the controller on an inline fuse on the lead. That said if you have the BIRD relay it should pull that large solenoid in when the sun is out and the voltage is high enough and charge both banks.

YC1 - thanks but that is very different from my battery compartment. And Mike, I probably have a very similar set up, two pull out trays with the 4 house batteries on top and two chassis batteries in the bottom tray. I don't have an inline fuse in there.

Pretty sure that it has a double charger, but you never know. Will keep looking.
