Some of my switches 'bar' lights

don't illuminate....
is that a new switch or just a bulb ?

Where and how replaced ?

The switch covers can be pried off, gently. If it's a bulb, you can replace it. If it's an LED, it might be soldered. Also, if more than one switch is dark, it could be a wiring issue. They receive their power from the light switch dimmer.

There is a $3.75 tool for removing the switch rocker. I found it at Digi-Key. Don't know about the lamps to fit the switches.

You could remove the 6 screws holding the switch panel and check the wires behind. You can also then identify the switch manufacturer and look them up on line for bulb/LED information. The illumination behind the icon on each switch should be connected to wire(s) going to the head/parking light switch. The bar on some of the switches that illuminates when the switch is turned on is powered by the switch. All should have a ground connection that could be the source of the problem.
