Got a call from Monaco RV LLC today. My coach is repaired and ready to pick up. I was involved in a head on collation on November 13th 2009 of all days Friday the 13th. and the coach was sent to Monaco to be repaired. The combination of Progressive Insurance and Monaco has been a great experience for such a bad event. They both have treated me like gold. Fixing everything no questions asked. I am picking it up tomorrow. Wish me luck that tomorrow goes as well. I will post my future experiences and quality of work done by Monaco. By the way the repair came in just under $30,000.00.

Great news. We seem to complain about insurance rates but sure is good to know they are there when a catastopy hits. Glad your experience has been good. We had a house fire a few years ago, Allstate came through with flying colors. $130,000. Raised my insurance rates about $1000 for 3 years each. Small price to pay for peace of mind.

Good Luck with picking up the MH.

Slight delay. During the QA process this morning they found a defect in the paint on the new front cap. Said it was minor but unacceptable. Called me before I left to pick it up. They want to correct the problem before I come down. Again Monaco has continued with great service and communications.

We saw your rig at the service center a few months back while getting some work done. You took a pretty good hit but it looked like it could have been worse.. Glad you are getting back on the road and weren't seriously hurt.

There was a Dynasty Jack at the repair center that went over a cliff on the Oregon coast. Luckily the owners weren't in the coach at the time. These coaches are solid well built machines. The windshield didn't even pop out on that Dynasty. Repairs on that rig were estimated at $100K!
