Source for cabinet hinge

After ten years of owning our coach we have had our first cabinet hinge failure. I am sure many Monaco coaches have these hinges and many have had to be replaced. Can someone give me a good source. I had a website saved for this day but evidently they have gone out of business. Here are a few photos of what we need.

Thanks,

Bob

I've had some issues with these hinges. There's a long screw that run through the center and threads into a nut. I've had several screws come loose and the nut fall out. Then the door won't close. The fix is a little loctite on the threads and screw it back together again.

I found an app "Find My RV Parts" a while back that has been great. They specialize in Monaco products, HR, Beaver, ect. They provide a form for the coach and part info. You also upload a picture(s) of the part. I was looking for a docking light assembly for an '07 Dyna for weeks. Got it through them in 5 days.
