Pulled on one of the basement storage compartments and the handle came off in my hand, it looks like two pins on the under side of the latch where worn out and snapped off.
Can these be replaced and if so where would i get them from.

Thanks,
John

Google "Trimark Baggage Latch" I think that is what you are looking for.

Don't call Monaco, they wanted $250.00 (unpainted) for one of those handles. Usually, you can replace the pins with a small bolt and nut if you need to.

John, if yours is like mine, the pins can be put back in if you still have the pins. They are knurled on one end that is supposed to hold them in place. There is a small plastic washer that goes in the handle hole and the pin inserts into it to keep the handle from rubbing the sides.

Remove the entire unit from the door by removing the 4-screws on the back side of the door. place the handle in the base and insert the pin from the outside back side of the base. Once the unit is off the door you will see where the pin goes. Drive the pin flush and you have fixed it.

I check mine a couple of times a year as the pins will work themselves out. A little locktite may fix the problem.

This is good advice. I have one loose one! It's going to get checked tonight!

I bought two handles in Quartzsite from The Gambler at 7.50 each. I fixed the one that had lost a pin with a nut & bolt. But ended up replacing that with a roll pin, it worked great. You should be able to get the right size roll pin at Lowes, HD or any automotive store.

I just jinxed myself by posting on this thread. I camped up in West Virginia this weekend at a state park to do some golfing. My brother-in-law came to me with the handle off one of my doors in his hand. Oops. The pin was still in the handle so I punched it back in, but I'll call Trimark and see if they will send me some pins today.
