Suburban hot water heater not hot enough ??

No way I know of to adjust the temperature. All of the ones I have had or heard of are hot enough to take your skin off. I suspect you have cold mixing in downstream someplace or a problem with the heating element.

Although we have a TT, we have a Suburban dual-heat water heater. On 110VAC it performs very well, provides adequate hot water and is ready when we want to take a shower. If we both take a shower back-to-back, I'll turn on the propane, which not only heats the water quicker, but I think just a little hotter than on 110VAC. I'm not aware of an ajustable thermostat for the trailer water heater.

We have a tankless water heater in our house that we keep set a 110 degrees. The water in our trailer is at least that hot or hotter.

I may be going out on a limb here, but I seem to remember someone making an adjustable thermostat. I can't find the info now, but maybe a google would help. I
had to replace my t'stat once but it was maybe 10-12 years ago, so the memory is a bit fuzzy. IIRC, it was a simple matter of (once you get to the back-side of the tank) removing the old t'stat - usually about the size of a quarter and maybe 3-4 quarters high with 2 wires sticking out - and replacing with new one.
