Suspension Roadmaster Monaco Cayman 34 ft 2003

Hi I have a Monaco Cayman 34ft 2003. It have the original trailing arm, but it is welded. So it still works. My problem is that it is going very rough on the road. My question are if I can get a smoother ride by just change the shock absorbers or if I have to change to Source Engineers kit to get a smoother ride? Happy for any tips to get a smoother ride. I am right now in Portugal, and it seems hard to get any parts here.

Best regards
Lasse

I highly recommend the Source Engineering trailing arms and ride enhancement kit. I first tried just installing shocks... it helped, but not that much. After installing the Source Engineering products, it rides like a new and much better coach. I have zero porpoising, better cornering and a smoother ride. I think much of the improvement comes from a matching of the larger air bags with the larger shocks... plus the ping tank helps eliminate the porpoising.

X2 -- I highly recommend the Source Engineering ride enhancement kit as well. I did the trailing arms from source and while I was at it did the ride enhancement kit which was source modified shocks, new airbags and ping tank... It is a totally different coach now. Rides so smooth and I don't even notice when an 18 wheeler pulls along side .. well maybe the noise. I can't describe how much better it is after installation of the ride enhancement kit.
