rguy Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2010 Posts: 3	I have a 2001 HR Ambassador 38PBD with a Frieghtliner chassis and Monaco coach. Does anyone know if the vacuum lines for the driver's compartment AC/Heat unit are via a vacuum pump or one of the air tanks. Looks like there is a register of some type beside the vacuum air bowl. Posts: 8,258	There is a 12 volt stand alone vacuum pump. it is usually on the firewall or in first drivers side compartment.
