Is there a pump inside my fuel tank!? ("95 Dynasty) I can hear it ticking when standing outside. Do I have to ad another thing to my "fix" list? Hope it's not a "timer"!!

Many of these units have a purge solenoid that will click open and closed. That's probably what you're hearing.
If not...

Do you mean with or without the engine running?

I know that without the engine running, I do not have any 'ticking' coming from my fuel tank. I do not know if it 'ticks' with the engine running. I'm starting mine up on Monday or Tuesday next week. I'll check for that.

There was a time,, when if you heard a ticking from the fuel tank the best advice was RUN FAST. (Bomb squad member to regular police officer "If you see me running.. KEEP UP")

Today however My first thought would be "Fuel pump"

I can tell you the pump on my Onan (Which is not in the tank) is very loud.. very very loud.
