Tile - Roller Fix

Hello - I have a 2002 Windsor with a galley slide. As the slide traverses in/out there is a very repeatable bump/noise that I have associated with an inside roller transitioning from the tile to the wood subfloor.

I have removed the roller and can see that the grout between the tile and the wood is chipping out (the tile is not broken). The gap is about 1/4 in wide and about 1/8th deep.

Question: what would you use to fill/bridge the gap ? The obvious answer is more grout - but there seems to be soft ones, hard ones, latex ones, epoxy ones. How about a 5 min epoxy smoothed into the gap ?

Thanks

Alan

You might call monaco and ask. I personally would try to match the grout with a "sanded" grout due to the size of the joint. Homer (home depot) has a good chart available to take home and see how close you can come. If it is not showing, just get it close.
