I check my pressures with an accurate digital gauge before each trip. Then when I screw on the TM units I get readings that are not right; one or two are off by up to 5 psi. Once I got a high pressure alarm when I made a u-turn in a parking lot because of the lean factor. For the $340 invested I could have done better!

I have had a Tire Safeguard unit for 2 years. Lots cheaper, very reliable, flow through transmitters for easy fill on coach, no booster needed to monitor toad (I have 35 ft and run about 55ft end to end and never have an issue picking up the toad). Just replaced the batteries a week ago (simple) and all are showing within one pound accuracy. Love this thing.

Tire safeguard looks good i like the flo thru sensors but i rarely have to add pressure to my tires so far and i really like the TM Bluetooth phone interface, i really dont want to mount a device on my dash. The TM booster is amazing i can be almost a city block away and still have signal frim the sensors, i dont see any way to lose signal when traveling. To me its the preference of interface /flo thru sensors that would send someone to either system.

I'm not a fan of the flow through sensors because of the size and weight they stress the valve stem. Internal would be the best, but so far I've only seen them on TST systems.
