15 miles away with the driveshaft disconnected properly would be no problem for your driveline.
Good luck with it.

Agree--drive shaft disconnect for an auto transmission is an issue of continued lubrication while pulling at speed over a longer distance. Put in "N" and pull at reasonable speed.

Duh--what am I missing here? "15 miles with driveline "disconnected properly" wouldnt be a probelm"????? With the driveline "disconnected properly" you could tow it 5000 miles with no issues. Question was: can you tow it 15 miles without a disconnect? Unless the tranny has some physical limit, lack of lub for 15 miles at modest speed shouldnt be an issue--IMHO?

Tow company's on my commercial tractor wouldn't go around the corner without disconnecting the drive shaft . Easy to do. 15 miles is a long way in my mind. But I'm no expert I'd call a real tow company or the manufacturer and ask ,but that's just me.

If you have an auto park brake, disconnect the driveshaft if towed any distance whatsoever.

Glad to have you here.
I always try to err on the side of caution, so I'd disconnect the drive shaft.
Good luck!

A simple mis read on my part now if I show up to tow your coach the driveshaft gets dropped or I don't tow it too many opinions of what's right or wrong for me to go to court with it if perceived damages are claimed.
I've towed a "few" of these over the years with out any claims of driveline damage, I don't mess around when I show up to tow a coach
