Has anyone had any luck changing the default entry codes on your TriMark Keyboard Entry system?

I've read the manual and also downloaded the .pdf manuals from Tri-Mark. The latter to be sure I had the most accurate way to do the programming.

I've gone through the step by step procedure with another friend doing it also, just to be sure I was reading it correctly. In each case the keypad accepts the process as it's stated in the manual/s but after entering the new code it apparently doesn't accept it, because it never changes from the factory default.

By the way this is on my 2006 Monaco Camelot.

I've left an email with Tri-Mark but so far haven't heard back from them. I think their normally set up for dealers only.

Appreciate any ideas.

Call them at 800-431-8616 and ask for Ann. She will walk you through the procedure.

They sent me this link http://www.trimarkcorp.com/en/media/...0-04_Rev_3.pdf when I had the same problem, then Ann got me through it.
