Trimark Corp. great service for parts.

I want to commend Trimark Corp. for their great service and positive attitude. The baggage door handle on our 07 Imperial broke for the second time in 3yrs. It was a clear example of Holiday Rambler misapplication. The handle was designed to be used as a cabinet door application and was not robust enough to lift the door on the service bay of our MH. However when I contacted Trimark they were very helpful and had the part I needed on hand and was able to properly key the lock to match our existing keys. The part was shipped in short order and I was able to install it today. It so important that service be a top priority and customers problems be solved rather than ignored.
