I have a 2004 Safari Trek. The problem I have is with the outside door latch. The latch is a Trimark 030-0900. This latch has a deadbolt and that is where the trouble lies. When the deadbolt is extended into the door frame it mates with a square plastic cup. That part on our unit has become misshapen over the years and I need a new one. I’ve contacted Trimark, Monaco and a couple of RV parts places and no one could help. Anyone have any ideas?

I used an electrical box plastic ferrule, one to prevent abrasion. Try Lowes or Home Depot or a good electric shop. Think it was 3/4 inch but it was several years ago...and still working.
