I looked under the coach today and there is a bracket welded to the downpipe that is bolted to the engine block. The flex pipe is welded on one end to the downpipe and clamped to the mufflers. I'm going to try and remove the downpipe tomorrow. Received the flange today and it's a perfect fit.

I finished up the Downpipe and flange today. I took the Downpipe to a local welding shop and they welded the flange for $8.00. The Downpipe did not come off easily. I had to use a air chiesel to remove the flex pipe connecting the Downpipe to muffler. I used a side cutter to remove part of the flex pipe to clean it up. Went together a lot easier than coming apart.
