The turn signal fuse would be with the rest of the driving function fuses like HVAC fan, brake lights, wipers, headlights, etc. In a gas RV, it's either under the dash or on the firewall in a box with relays and fuses. In a diesel pusher, it's often in the electrical bay, a compartment on front left side. Others might have a fuse box located under the windshield on the bulkhead above the generator.

Asking folks where your fuses are when there are so many variations even within the exact same year and model coach is fraught with confusion. Go here: Monaco Coach
get phone number and call Monaco. Have your coach number handy and the tech will tell you exactly where the fuse is, including the fuse number. OTOH since the schematics (usually found on back of fuse box cover) are made up in advance of a model year and there are changes made during the model run, there can be a fuse or two that are not precisely where the diagram and/or the tech says they are, but I have found them to be within one or two spaces. So calling Monaco is much more efficient than asking on this blog. And its free and we are very fortunate after a bankruptcy and twice being bought since to have this benefit. Good luck.

I've seen these pictures a couple times already on other threads. Yet, when I enlarge them, I can't see labels for the fuses for which the original posters are looking. Am I missing something here?
Mark
I just pulled up my originals on here and zoomed in and can read the "green" board descriptions but not on the actual fuses themselves. I'm not the best photographer. I took the description pic so I could look at it when needed, so I didn't have to unscrew all the wing nuts.
Attached is a page from the 2008 Diplomat Owner's Manual that shows what the rear distribution panel looks like. This is the panel to which Myron ("YC1") referred.
In deference to Frank's ("flynnwalter") excellent advice, your 2011 Diplomat may be different than the 2008. You may want to look in your owner's manual (if you have one) to see if you have the same diagram.
