Update to old Samsung install in 2006 Diplomat

Several members have contacted me that they were not able to view the photos in my post about installing a Samsung RF197 in a 2006 Diplomat in September 2011. Those photos were hosted on Picasa and Google has discontinued that service. The photos were archived but only I could view them. I have since made the photos public and anyone should be able to view them now by following the links below. Someone let me know if the photos are now visible.

Here is a link to the original write-up:Click image for larger version

Keep in mind that this is an old project that we did 8 years ago and many have done this since and come up with better ways of doing things. Just use my write-up as a guide and keep your mind open to other approaches.

I am re-posting here the text and photo links with the exception of the travel straps. That was a bad ideal and we no longer use them. We are using the cabinet latch system that Z066 came up with.

Also the Samsung is now secured at the top with aluminum brackets that are attached to the side of the frig with 3M trim tape. I am including a photo of the top right bracket. That photo is above and I noticed that it is turned 90 degrees. I have it correctly orientated in my files but it posted that way. Sorry for the tilted heads.
