This is my Problem if someone could please help me out
When I was on my last trip I lost air pressure because of this vacuum pump (bottom picture)the actuator has stripped the threads out of the valve body and came loose causing the air leak. I need to replace this valve but all I can find out is that the replacement is the Ford type (picture on top) is the one I need to buy for the replacement. As you can see they look totally different and I don't want to lay out allot of money on the stupid thing if it's not going to be a suitable interchangeable unit.
If anyone has had any experience with this I would really like to hear from you I would really like to replace it with one that looks like mine but there are no numbers or way to identify the part I have
any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Don

You can replace that old one with the Ford one. I have changed my old Vacuum air driven pump with that one and it works just fine.
Good price S/B around $110.
