Maybe I'm the only one who has this problem but if you have ceiling diffusers and they look like this, there is a solution:

For about $3 each you can buy new ones from this vendor: (Part number is 5840WH and they are compatible with the existing HRs)

http://www.rvsurplussalvage.com/cata...roduct_id=1269

It comes as a 2 piece set but you only need the center part. What you'll receive looks like this:

Take care,
Gedney

Ok, I'm gonna be the token idiot here, but what's a ceiling defuser and what's its purpose and where's it at in my Endeavor?

This kind of defuser is a early style made for A/C, w/o heat pumps. With heat pumps you need a more directional air movement. I guess.

On my Scepter they're used in the ceiling to diffuse the air coming from the heat pumps/air conditioning ducts. Here's one shown on the shower ceiling:

Maybe I'm the only one who has these. I thought they were a common item.

Do they sell a replacement grill for the AC units interior grills that cover those chicken filters? Heck every motorhome I have had they warped before they are even used...

This vendor sells the grill variety. I'm not sure about the fit and finish but here's a link to them:

BTW, I tried to reinforce my old ones using a 1/4" slice of 3" pvc pipe but can't find any glue that's compatible with the plastic they use. I finally said the heck with it and paid the $3 for the new ones.
