As suggested it is the back-syphon or vacuum breaker in the black tank rinse line, usually installed up behind bathroom cabinet and always higher than the top of the black tank,
I once had an occasional water leak above the water bay and for a while I couldn't pin it down because it happened some minutes after connecting the rise hose and flushing the tank.
Turned out to be one of the pipe connections to that valve was loose. One minute job but only after an hour getting access.
