water leak little help please

07 Beaver Marquis, passenger side rear cargo door (where aqua hot is) I am leaking water through the floor at edge of compartment. There is a pipe coming through the floor that has some type of material covering it that goes to the rear of coach. Could possibly be a vent from bathroom stool? I have water dripping down that pipe also. Anyone have an idea where this water might be coming from? I realize difficult to diagnose without seeing it. Appreciate any ideas guys. Nothing inside coach is wet but seems like leak is either aqua hot tank or something under the stool???

safe travels all

Do you have a way of shutting off water to each individual area of the coach, such as a Manablock system? Trying to isolate down to a smaller search would help. Is the leak coming from the fresh water tank? Does the leak happen when hooked up to city water? If so, maybe your bypass valve is not fully closed to the tank and the tank gets overfilled.
Does this happen when the pump is on?
What are you using at the time of the leak?

If the leak is right below the kitchen slide you might consider that it is coming from the location where a bunch of tubing is bunched together forming a large loop to allow the slide to go in and out. A known weak connection.

leak

The leak is all the time. It comes out where the exhaust pipe from aqua hot goes through bottom of coach. I tried something this morning. I disconnected coach from outside water. Just using the water pump all morning no leak? Not sure what that indicates but that is what happened. Yes I do have the system to shut off water to different zones but not sure what zone to shut off first. Thanks for all the suggestions guys, much appreciated.

safe travels and have a great Labor Day

You seem to think it may be the toilet? Is the toilet right above the Aqua Hot? If so, I'm wondering if the constant pressure from the city/park water is leaking around the toilet and dripping down. When you run the pump, do you leave it on or turn it off when not in use?

How much water is dripping? I was at first wondering if it was a/c condensation but those tubes are at the very front and very rear of the coach.

Does your coach have the drains for the roof AC units connected to a line that routes the condensation down a drain and out under the coach?
Do you see the leak when the AC units are not running?

leak

its not ac condensation tubes. The drip comes out right where the exhaust for aqua hot comes out of floor. Don't think it is toilet. Didn't leak yesterday when outside water was off and water pump was on all day. Today I am trying to not fill the fresh water tank all the way and run outside water through the coach. There may be a problem with auto fill switch. I had it replaced a couple weeks ago but don't recall how long the leak has been there. I looked all around pipes and lines, couldn't locate any leaks??

The overflow on your fresh water tank is very close to where the toilet is.

I had to replace the valve that switches from tank fill to direct coach use, because it leaked enough to constantly fill the fresh tank. There was a steady drip from the overflow when hooked up to water supply. No leak at all when using pump.

That is why I suggested isolating each part of the system one at a time until you narrow it down

The auto fill valve is the one I had replaced. I can see the water on the plastic floor area around aqua hot but don't see where it is coming from. Today trying to just use water going through the tank without filling it clear full. Exactly what do you mean by trying to isolating each part of system?

Pull the cover on the Aqua Hot and check for leakage around the drain fittings.

Do you have a manoblock system?
Each sink, shower, washer, etc. has a hot and cold
valve in an outside compartment.

You can shut off the water to each one of these individually.

You have tried water hooked up to supply....leaks
You have tried water pump only from tank...no leak.
This narrows it down.

Have you pulled the cover off your A/H?
What color is the water?
Is it clear or colored?
Colored could mean a A/H leak.
Clear would mean fresh water.
Look at all A/H connections.

Main issue is what are you using at the time of the leak????

leak

I have pulled the aqua hot cover. Can see water on floor but can't tell where it is coming from. It is clear water and leaks all the time when hooked up to outside water. I don't need to be using anything. I am going to look again today and see if it has something to do with where fresh water comes into the coach.

Thanks for ideas guys

Have a great Labor Day
