I have them on my four 6 volt battery bank. They twist on with a 1/4 turn to lock then the top cap flips open to check water level. Make sure that you snap the tops on hard otherwise they won't close all the way.

With the Trojon T-105 Plus, you just need to make sure that you have enough head room for the caps. I believe they have two different height's to choose from when ordering.

I been using them for about 10 years. I top off my batteries about every 6 months. Like Richard said, be sure you hear them click shut.

I have the Pro-Fill RV Edition battery fill system on my 4 house batteries. Pricey but works great. No caps to remove each time you check water levels.

I looked at that system Ed, but it appears they won't fit on the Trojon's, for they have there own system and it's more yet than what you've got.. I looked at it too but I check the battery compartment monthly anyway, so might as well put water in if they need it.. Thanks..

I used them on mine along with the mineral oil in the cells to combat acid build up. Once I corrected the Inverter/Charger settings and added the automatic watering system I completely eliminated acid build up. Dry as a bone in my battery bay now.

That type cap is regularly used in industrial batteries of electric forklifts. Has proved to be a great labor savings on daily watering for warehouse personnel. Water consumption is also greatly reduced.
Big payback for small investment.
