I have a pressure/flow problem in the galley sink. I just get barely more than a trickle. Not enough to set the spray/straight gadget on the arm. This is what I know: city pressure is sufficient. Removed the inline pressure regulator temporarily with no improvement. Flow from the fresh water bib at the plumbing panel is great. I've removed the inspection panels in the galley to see if there is a pinched line. The layout is impossible to trace from the input to anywhere else. The shower and vanity have adequate flow, but not terrific by any means.

Is there a valve or filter or anything else that I don't know about? Unit is a new 2007 Cayman 36'. I plan to get to Oregon to resolve several problems but can't get in until June. In the meantime I sure would like to fix this issue. Thanks for any advice.

I removed the guts from the screw on filter at the faucet..Actually took it off to clean the screen and could not get it to work again, so I just threw the innards away. (MM did not look happy during all this) The faucet worked great after that.
You may also want to take the under sink filter out of the system to check to see maybe it is plugged up..

Uhhhh...a little known fact ...Mama took it out of the trash...went to see how it was put on and correctly put it back together..NOW it works right.
It did NOT work right the way Sacs did it. You had to hold the spray button if you wanted it to spray, which was unacceptable to Mama.
(Sorry Sacs ... would not have told you BUT I don't want them to not have sprayer working correctly)

SacsTC, I'll try your suggestion when I get back to the caoch in about a week. Maybe the simplest fix is the one overlooked. The filter under the sink is for the little water tap only. I don't remember checking to see if that had good flow. (I didn't re connect the filter after the last time I used it. Left the valves closed)

Greg...just make sure you pay attention to how that strainer is layered so you get it back on correctly...and Sacs... I did say I was sorry

We had our unit out a couple of weeks ago. Wife was using kitchen faucet and it stopped putting water out on hot or cold. Bathroom was working fine as was toilet and shower head. I screwed off the kitchen faucet head and all of the little holes in the aerator were stopped up with debri like plastic or rubber particles. Cleaned it out and put it back on and the flow was better than new. Our Motorhome is new, we have had it out three times for about three weeks total since picking it up last October. Bet your fitting is plugged the same way.

The other posibility is that if you have a single handle faucet, the cartridge located under the handle can go bad. They call it a cartridge cause it comes out as a barrel shaped unit all in one piece. The o rings go bad.
Any hardware or plumbing store will have a new cartridge. Just replace it.

Or just get a new rv?

Sounds like the suggestion of checking the strainer/aereator at the faucet is a good one. All of mine were almost plugged with gunk when I first looked at 'em, and have sometimes found more stuff when checking them again. I guess the gunk gets shook up off the bottom of the tank sometimes and cycled thru the system.

Ummmmm, 'Mama.... Not to say that I'VE ever done such a thing, but could you maybe describe (or post a pic) how the pieces are supposed to go back in the faucet-head if (and you realize I'm mentioning this as just a theoretical discussion, of course) one were to take them apart for cleaning and not recall exactly how they should go back together? I bet it would sure be handy for OTHER folks
