An addition to my previous post. I realized that since both the hot and cold flows are low, there must be something common.

Greg- on my 06 Dip, I am able to see the tank with a flashlight just below and behind the sewer outlets. I am also told that there is an overflow on the street side, but i have never filled it that full yet to find out. The supplied tank guages are worthless.

Ummmm... yeah,...there is. I actually forgot that I was filling my tank and the water popped off my overflow cap. Aaaactually it looks more like a gravity feed opening to the freshwater tank.
The REAL overflow line comes from the top of the tank and then points towards the ground on the curbside of my MH. I had water comming out of both when I noticed it. Sheesh!

Fortunately, I don't have a "whole house" filter, and I'm glad after reading of the many problems and disadvantages associated with them. I don't think it's much of a bother just to add a filter inline with the hose.

My tank fills fine with the regular hose hook up. (And yes, I've popped that cap a couple of times.) I like having that manual fill feature, though. I use it to put additivies into the tank - like in the spring when I de-winterize and want to flush with cleaner/freshioner, etc.

Greg, it almost has to be that faucet strainer that Sacs was talking about, then.
