This may sound crazy, but if the output of your pump goes thru a water filter element, thence to the pressure-tank and the rest of the coach, it's possible the filter has finally reached its limit. We had that happen on our coach, once. I spent a lot of time testing and trying to figure out what was wrong with the pump, when all it was, was a clogged sediment filter.
Also, your pump runs on your coach DC system, so a shore or gen-set energy source shouldn't be a factor.
There are lots of choices, if you opt for pump replacement. Some are either off or on, while others can deliver only what is being called for, thus cycling far less. I believe that the ShurFlo pumps are pretty good. Ours happens to be an RV Aquajet II, and it has given us great service. We use an RO system to fill our fresh tank, and use the Aquajet for virtually every gallon of water we use in the coach, and have for several years, now, living in the coach at least 4 months out of every year. I carry a spare, but may never need to use it.
